Love this article! And I really loved HD’s focus on employee awareness. It’s so critical to make sure employees at every level understand the brand’s mission and how their every action should play into a larger strategy. So smart.

I’ve always loved how HD is a lifestyle brand, and has such a passionate community of customers. Starting in April here when the weather is warmer, every weekend you will see packs of HD riders pass by every hour or so. There’s such a community of passionate customers that love the brand. I truly think HD’s long term success is based in no small part in its ability to stay connected to that community of customers.
